shopping experience. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy below before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your
order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping (US): 4-8 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our email list to be notified.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you haven’t received your
tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at support@shopryder.com.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll do our best to
make it right.

Return Window:

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return:
Email support@shopryder.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged  

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return
shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or video to process your claim. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
